Account Manager Needed

The CustomerBloom Account Manager (AM) is responsible for maximizing the performance and success of client accounts. 

The AM will work across teams to ensure seamless account on-boarding and retention through website and landing page development, digital ad campaigns, leads management, and overall client business success.  This role requires someone who has a take-charge and go-getter attitude who is comfortable evaluating issues, making decisions, and directing teams to produce the best solution. 

Client Management

  • Daily / weekly / monthly communication with client
  • Work with client to overcome lead generation challenges and solve marketing problems
  • Analyze ad performance data and offer recommendations for improvement to client and to ad teams to generate more leads
  • Audit lead management and offer suggestions for improvement to client and client staff to help convert more leads into customers

Project Management

  • Oversee client on-boarding process
  • Manage client lead management setup, configuration, training, and maintenance
  • Manage client digital advertising setup, targeting, budgeting, messaging, and optimization
  • Manage client website and landing page development and maintenance, including SEO
  • Manage other aspects of client marketing and lead generation package as needed

Sales Collaboration

  • Creatively solve client challenges within contract scope
  • Upgrade client to new packages and services for out-of-scope items

Team Collaboration

  • Work with team on special projects as needed

Daily

  • Client Account Quick Audit
    • Advertising accounts / budgets
    • Leads management review
    • Social media ad commenting
  • Production Tasks
    • Complete assigned project tasks
    • Resolve project bottlenecks
    • Assign new tasks as needed
  • Daily Team Huddle
    • Communicate any issues + plan to resolve them
    • Coordinate detailed chats with necessary team members as needed
  • Client Communications / Meetings
    • Client calls, emails, texts, etc, as needed

Weekly

  • Client On-boarding
  • New Launch Check-ins
    • Weekly check-ins with clients who launched within last 30 days
    • Client and client staff training as needed
  • Development Meeting (Tuesdays)
    • Review project status with development team
    • Get ETAs for project completion
    • Solve any bottleneck issues
  • ProfitEngine Audit
    • Ensure proper ad budget settings and month-to-date ad spends
    • Review lead generation and proper data transfer to lead management system
  • ProfitEngine Review Meeting (Thursdays)
    • Lead generation data entry
    • Ad spend data entry

Bi-Weekly

  • Client Check-in Call
    • Review leads management
    • Answer any questions

  • Client Reports
    • Schedule report review
